and has been teaching professionally since 1997. He
holds his Bachelor of Music degree in jazz guitar
performance from the University of Miami. A
working musician keeping busy with multiple projects
and groups, Peter has been heard on WXRT's Sound
Opinions and Mancow's Morning Madhouse on
Q101, as well as appearing on MTV. He has
performed extensively across the United States and
also in Hong Kong.
Peter Muschong describes his teaching style as
"...fun and relaxed. I create the lessons around the
specific interests of the student, while providing a
solid foundation in basic musicianship skills."
Students studying with Peter acquire skills in
technique, reading music, gaining a knowledge of
music theory, songwriting, preparing for high school
jazz band, preparing for college auditions, and much
more.
